08. Do I receive picture confirmation for the order?
01. Do I need to get register to surf the web pages?
No, you do not have to get register  to surf the website. You have to register, only when you are ready to checkout. you can browse through all our products and services with out registering to out website.
02. How to place an order?
When you wish to buya a products, you can click on "details" button to view more deails and click on "Add to cart" button to put it into your shopping cart. You can always remove or change the quantity of the products from your shopping cart, to do so you can go to your shopping cart page by clicking  on the “View Cart” menu on the top right corner of the web  page. and when you are ready, you can then click on "check out" button ot proceed to check out process.
03. What are the payment methods?

We are currently accepting payments from all major credit cards and paypal. Paypal is our primary payment processor, which is 100% secured and faraud proof. Paypal uses high end encryption protocols for secured transaction.

04. How do I Check Out? What is the process?

The checking out process is very simple and straight forward. We have designed it to make it as easy as possible. Please follow the following steps to checkout. 

Step 1: Shopping cart
Please click on the "view cart" button on the top of the page. Here you can modify/delete the chosen products. You can also change the  quantities of the products. After making changes click "update" button  to see the final transaction. If you still want to add any product you can click on "Continue Shopping" button. After you have added all the products you wanted, you can click on "Check Out" button to proceed to check out (Step 2).
Step 2: Choose Delivery Address
In this step, the delivery address you entered while registering will be active, if you wish to deliver this order to different address, you can enter new delivery address by clicking on "Add New Delivery Address". This will open a new section to enter a new delivery address. You can add as many delivery address as you want but you can choose only one delivery addres for one order.  and choose paypal as the payment method .

Step 3: Choose Delivery Option:
After you choose the delivery address, you can now choose delivery option. Choose "Home Delivery" from the list.

Step 4: Choose Payment Method:
Choose paypal as the payment method for both payment through credit cards and from paypal account.

Step 5: Final Page: Payment Pages
Click on "Pay now" button. Now you will be taken to Paypal's secured site to make a payment. Enter your credit card information, if you are paying with credit card. Or login to paypal system if you already have paypal account. After reviewing the amount, Please click on the make payment button. After confirmation, Click on return to merchant link to get back to our site and successfully completing the order.

Yes, our payment process is 100%  secure and safe.
06. Can I request products that I want  to buy?
Sure. you can always request a product that you wish to buy. please fill the product request form available by clicking on "product request" button on the main page below the menu.We will try to put the product online with in 48-72 hours, if the product is not in out website and is valid and available in the market.
07. Do I receive any confirmation about the order delivery?
Yes, you will receive your order  processing and delivery confirmation through emails. Please be sure you add our email addresses info@estorenepal.com and sales@estorenepal.com in your contact list in order to successfully deliver emails to your mailbox. Please don't forget to check your junk or spam mails too.
08. Do I receive picture confirmation for the order?
We can not guarantee picture confirmation for all the orders as it depends vastly on delivery situations, locations, delivery time, receiver consent and other circumstances.
But we try our best to get one for you as a token of appreciation from our side.
09. What if I forgot my Password?
In case of lost/forgotten password,  click on the “Forgot password” in myaccount page. you will be then asked to enter your username. Please provide your username and click on "send me password" button. Once done, it will send a temporary password to your email account. we highly recommend to change the password again
10. How do I find out the status of my order or a  transaction?
You can find out the status of your  order by checking the “My Account” page of our website which  you can visit by clicking the “My Account” menu in the top  middle portion of the web page. In “My Account” page, you can also make changes in your personal  information, change passwords, create/edit your delivery addresses,  and check your transactions as well as their status.       
11. Where do we deliver?
We deliver in and around Kathmandu valley with in 24 hours. For Orders outside Kathmandu, we deliver only to nearest airports all over nepal. Delivery outside Kathmandu, Receipients will have to pick the order from the nearest airport with a valid ID card or licence.
12. Do you deliver outside Nepal?
No, we do not deliver outside Nepal.
13. What are the delivery charges?
We are charging flat $3.00 for the delivery of the product this time.

If any recipient decided to pick up the gifts by themselves for their convinience, We will not be able to refund the delivery charges on such case.
14. Order Cancellation and Return Policy?
You may cancel your order by promptly sending us an email at info@estorenepal.com within 12 hours before the date you have specified for the delivery. Cancellation requests after order out for delivery will not be accepted. In case of cancellation, You will be charged 3% - 5% of your total amount. This is done just to cover our credit card  processing charges and not as a penalty to our valued customers.

Return or Exchange:
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by estorenepal.com within 48 hours of delivery for a full cash refund. Shipping costs will be refunded only if it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective  items, etc.). Please note that we do not entertain exchange on perishable products like cakes, sweets,  flowers e.t.c unless in case of damage or unavailability.
